Currently I am Associate Professor in the Marketing Department of the University of Alicante (UA), having previously worked in the UA (AYU and AYU DR), in the Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) (ASO) and in the Carlos III University of Madrid (Scholar).
Regarding my training, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the UA (2003), a Master's Degree in Applied Economic Analysis from UPF (2004) and a PhD in Marketing from the UA (2013).
In relation to my research activity I have been part of various projects both regionally and nationally in marketing and business as well as in teaching innovation. I have 2 research periods (tramos) certified by CNEAI.
I am part of the "Marketing" research group since 2011 where we have carried out various publications and communications in national and international congresses. I am also a reviewer of several journals of international impact as well as international conferences in the field of marketing and business (Journal of Business Research, Journal of Social Marketing, Spanish Journal of Marketing, etre others).
My main line of research focuses on the study of the strategic behavior of companies, particularly in contexts of new competitive entrances (Journal of Transport Economic & Policy, Bristish Food Journal, Agribusiness, among others). Also, I have been developing the line of consumer behavior and social marketing, where I have several publications (Journal of Social Marketing, British Journal of Social Psychology).
Finally, I am interested in highlighting my interest in research and international dissemination of our work, for which I conducted a research stay at the Catholic University of Córdoba (Argentina) in July 2010; and another stay at the Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) between September and December 2015.
