Graduated in Chemical Sciences from the UA l'any 1991 and Doctor in Sciences from the UA l'any 2000.
The first full-time connection with the UA began in mid-2001 as a full professor at the Escola Universitària and, subsequently, in 2010 I joined the col·lectiu of full-time professors at the University. During this time I have taught classes in the Diploma/Grade of Human Nutrition and Dietetics of the UA in various subjects, in the Grade of Gastronomi and Culinary Sciences as well as in the Master of Food Sciences of Foods and Nutrition, the Master of Environmental Chemistry and Sustainable and the Máster of Rices and high Mediterranean Cuisine.
I belong to the research group “Food Analysis, Culinary Chemistry and Nutrition” of the UA, and also collaborate punctually with other research groups. My research has focused on the Chemical Control of Foods using different analysis techniques, but I have greater experience in chromatographic analysis during the last few years I have participated as a full-time researcher in various research projects, in particular in 3 projects of the Ministry of Science and Innovation and some aid financed by the Department of Education and one of the Department of Health, at the international level a *EUFORA project. Co-director of two doctoral theses in the last 5 years and 32 *TFG and some *TFM.
