I hold a degree in Economics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Alicante, with over 20 years of experience in academia and university management. Since 1997, I have been part of the University of Alicante’s Centro Superior de Idiomas, where I currently serve as Administrative Manager. My doctoral thesis, "The Labor Market in Spanish Hospitality: Educational Achievement, Job Satisfaction, and Wage Discrimination Based on Gender and Origin," focuses on key aspects of the labor market. My career includes teaching in areas such as Tourism and International Economics in various degrees, such as Tourism, International Relations, etc., as well as active participation in research projects, educational innovation initiatives, and publications focusing on sustainability, gender, and labor markets.
