Regarding his training, he holds a degree in Chemistry, specializing in fundamental sciences and branching out in Organic Chemistry, from the University of Valencia (UV). He holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology: e-learning and knowledge management, as well as a PhD in Educational Technology: e-learning and knowledge management (with distinction) from the Rovira i Virgili University of Tarragona. He also holds a Master's degree in educational center management from the Catholic University of Valencia (UCV) and a University Expert in Internet and its Applications from the National University of Distance Education (UNED).
In the teaching field, he was a secondary school teacher in the areas of Physics and Chemistry, and Biology and Geology at the ACI Educational Foundation – Esclavas SCJ Alcoy from 1994 to September 2020. From 2014 to 2017, he also served as the school's director.
At the Catholic University of Valencia, he was a contract professor for the subjects: ICT and Classroom Management and ICT and School Management for the Master's Degree in Technological Innovation in Education, from 2014 to September 2020. He has also supervised more than 25 Master's Final Projects and has served on Master's Thesis defense panels.
At the University of Alicante, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of General and Specific Didactics of the Faculty of Education from the 2016-2017 academic year until September 2020. From September 2020 to September 2024, he was an Assistant Professor. He is currently a Permanent Lecturer (PPL) and teaches Curriculum Development and Digital Classrooms, and Teaching Knowledge of the Natural Environment in the Teaching Degree, specializing in Early Childhood Education. He also directs Final Projects (FDPs) for this degree, as well as Final Projects (FPMs) for the Master's Degree in Secondary Education Teaching.
He has also been and is the coordinator and author of two courses from the National Institute of Educational Technologies and Teacher Training (INTEF), specifically: The Performance of the Management Function and Updating Management Competencies. He was previously the tutor and coordinator of the courses: PBL in Secondary and Baccalaureate Education and PLE.
He has been and continues to be a trainer for various CEFIREs in the Valencian Community and teacher training centers throughout Spain. He has also been a speaker at numerous national and international meetings, conferences, and congresses. He has also been invited to provide training at various universities both in Spain and abroad, as well as at numerous educational centers at all educational levels.
