Assistant Professor at the Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health at the University of Alicante since 2020. She obtained the degree of Dietitian Nutritionist in 2005 in Brazil (degree homologated in Spain) and the International PhD in Health Sciences at the University of Alicante in 2017 (extraordinary award).
Since 2009 she has been collaborating with the Nutrition in Food Services research group at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil) and since 2013 with the Public Health research group at the University of Alicante. In this period she has contributed to more than 20 publications indexed in Wos and Scopus, and 3 book chapters. Her research focuses on public food policies and health promotion.
