Geological Engineer in July 2008 from the University of Alicante and doctor in Physics, Systems Engineering and Signal Theory in September 2013, also from the University of Alicante. FPU scholarship holder from the Ministry between 2009 and 2013, with a 2-year internship teaching period, carried out in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences. Assistant Professor in the Area of Didactics of Experimental Sciences of the Department of General Didactics and Specific Didactics between September 2016 and September 2021. Currently, Contracted Assistant Professor in the same department. I develop my research within the Didactics of Sciences and Technology group, belonging to the University Institute of Applied Physics to Sciences and Technologies. The research field focuses on analyzing the difficulties in learning experimental sciences, at all educational levels (from kindergarten and primary to the university stage) and on how to solve them by using the methodology of teaching science through inquiry. This has a double applicability, for student learning, but also for in-service teachers training.
