Prof. Rosabel Roig-Vila received her PhD in Pedagogy from the  University of Alicante (Spain), with honors (Summa cum laude and Extraordinary Award). She is a Professor in the University of Alicante. She was the Dean at the Faculty of Education. She specializes in ICT and Education, she has published a number of learned papers and monographies, given various lectures on the subject (in Spain and abroad), and  received several awards (such as ‘Education and Society Award’ -1995- from the Spanish Government).

She is Editor of Journal of New Approaches in Educational Research NAER (http://naerjournal.ua.es/), indexed at SCOPUS and ESCI. 

He has been in charge of the EDUTIC-ADEI research group of the University of Alicante (VIGROB-039) for several years, with a commitment to research in the teaching-learning processes as a means to expand scientific knowledge and educational innovation.

She has coordinated research projects in Spain and the European Union.
