Rosabel Roig Vila is Doctor in Pedagogy (extraordinary award) and Professor at the University of Alicante [UA] in the Department of General Didactics and Specific Didactics with the research profile "Curricular integration of ICT in contexts of teaching-learning and inclusive education" (BOE-A-2020-64). She has been Dean of the Faculty of Education at the University of Alicante (2005-2009), as well as Director of the Institute of Education Sciences (ICE) of this university (2016-2020).

She is President of the Accreditation Commission of the International Quality Seal in Non-Presential and Hybrid Education (ENPH) of the ANECA and a member of the University Institute for Research in Latin American Social Studies (IUESAL) of the University of Alicante. She has been awarded three research grants.

She is Director of the UNESCO Chair on Education, Research and Digital Inclusion (https://catedraunesco.ua.es).

She is coordinator of the Doctoral Programme in Educational Technology Applied to Knowledge (TEAC).

She is editor of the scientific electronic journal Journal of New Approaches in Educational Research (NAER) (http://www.naerjournal.ua.es), indexed in SCOPUS and ESCI.

She directs the research group GIDU-EDUTIC/IN of the University of Alicante (VIGROB-330) with the commitment to research on teaching-learning processes as a means to expand scientific knowledge and educational innovation.

He is a member of the Complaints Committee of the University of Alicante.

He is a member of several doctoral programmes at the UA and of the Doctoral Programme in Humanities and Technologies at the Università Suor Orsola Benincasa (Naples).

She has coordinated R+D+i research projects in Spain and the European Union.

His line of research focuses on the field of Information and Communication Technologies applied to education. He has directed the UA Master: "Education and Information and Communication Technologies" (2003-2013). She has taught, by invitation, in the Dottorato di recerca in Pedagogia at the Università degli Studi Suor Orsola Benincasa, among other universities.

She is the coordinator of various university teacher training courses. She is coordinator of the EDUTIC and ARTICUA (RedIRIS-CSIC) distribution lists.

She has participated in more than 40 Doctoral Thesis tribunals as a member, secretary and president. She has written more than 200 publications, such as: Evaluación de la calidad pedagógica de los MOOC, Assessment of Web Content Accessibility Levels in Spanish Official Online Education Environments, Investigar el Cambio Curricular en el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, La articulación de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación en la educación, etc. He participates in several international scientific committees.
