Jesús G. Peribáñez Otero has a degree in Archeology (1993) and Medieval History (1994) and a PhD from the University of Valladolid (2013). His academic training was enriched within the Erasmus program at the University of Pau et des Pays de l’Adour.

Professionally, he has performed teaching functions since 1996 as Interim Teacher of Secondary Education at the MEC and Junta de Castilla y León. Since 2001 he has been a civil servant of the Generalitat Valenciana like Teacher. Likewise, he has performed academic management like managerial position since 2008. In the 2020/21 academic year he began his activity as Associate Professor at the University of Alicante.
