Graduate and Phd in Law from the University of Alicante, extraordinary prize of Doctorate in 2002. Full professor of Administrative Law at the University of Alicante since 2002.

As a teacher, she focuses on training creative professionals, entrepreneurs, but fundamentally, critical people, honest, ultimately, with values of the common good. In this way, it encourages the transfer of knowledge not only as a precondition for access to the labour market, but also as an essential route for the integral development of people; learning to live with commitments and values.

His lines of research are: Environmental Law (marine and terrestrial biodiversity, renewable energy and climate change, spatial and landscape planning, agroecologyCultural Conservation of Nature...), and Economic Analysis of Law (governance, economy of the common good, public procurement, attached commons, local administrative law, primary sectors, rural development… ), based on the responsible management of common goods and the consideration of administrative law as the law of public policies (inclusive and environmental).

He has published several monographs on the legal regime of marine biodiversity, energy law and solar building, as well as numerous articles and chapters of books on various topics of public law, in line with his lines of research. He has led research projects, and collaborated with the Directorate-General for the Sea, Fisheries Resources and Aquacultureof the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, through technical assistance.

She is currently the Academic Secretary of the Faculty of Law of the University of Alicante.
