Gabriel Marín is a lawyer and member of the Alicante Bar Association, Gabriel obtained his Law degree and his Master’s degree in Industrial & Intellectual Property and New Technologies at the Alicante´s University. Within the UA he also earned the degree of expert in European Community Law, having completed his legal studies within the EU Institutions in the department of the Enforcement of the European Union Law (General Secretary of the European Commission, Brussels). He obtained in 2004 the official certification as Spanish Intellectual Property Agent.
From 2001, he has worked for several international IP firms (Elzaburu, Marks & Clerk and onwards Clarke, Modet & Cº). He holds 16 years of experience in Intellectual property matters.
Gabriel is also a lecturer at Alicante University, teaching at the Industrial Property Master (Magister Lucentinvs) and in the Civil Law Department in the area of Copyrights.
He is member of some professional associations as ALADDA (Artistic and Literary Association for the enforcement of Copyright)
Apart from his native Spanish, Gabriel speaks English fluently and French.
