Jaume Llorca Galiana is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante. He studied the Degree in Law and the Master's Degree in Law at the University of Alicante and the Master's Degree in Taxation at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
Specialized in Commercial Contracts, Insurance Law and Intellectual Property. It is part of the UA Research Networks and the Tutorial Action Program. Bi-monthly collaborator in the magazine La Ley Digital analyzing the theme of "Digital contracting, blockchain and Smart contracts". He has been part of the evaluation and accreditation committee of degrees in the field of Social and Legal Sciences at AVAP, ACPUA and Fundación Madri+D. Likewise, he is part of the Scientific and Organization Committees of different conferences and congresses in the field of Commercial Law. Likewise, he has participated in various national and international conferences, presenting communications that have led to publications in book chapters and magazine articles. He is a member of the Spanish Section of the International Association of Insurance Law (SEAIDA).
He has taught in several degrees of the UA as well as in the Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovation, Magister Lvcentinvs, of the UA.
Finally, it is worth highlighting his professional practice as a lawyer for more than four years, being a partner in a law firm specializing in the civil-commercial field.
