Prof. Alfonso Jiménez Migallón, full university professor at the UA since 2001. His research experience includes 147 international scientific publications, the majority in Q1 in the categories of Analytical Chemistry, Food Science and Polymers Science and Technology, 38 book chapters and 17 books in the same areas with 5345 citations and an h-index 41 (source Scopus). Several of these publications are the result of leadership activities within the direction of Doctoral Theses (10 and 3 currently in progress), Master's Thesis (9) and Degrees in Chemistry and Food Sciences (21). He has participated in numerous projects (including four within the H-2020 program of the European Commission, two of them as IP) and relevant contracts with companies and administrations as a collaborating researcher and in most of them (more than 200) as principal investigator. At this time, it has 5 recognized periods of research activity (4 research + 1 transfer) recognized by CNEAI.
