Elizabeth Gil García is an Assistant Professor at the Tax Law Department of the University of Alicante. She received her bachelor's degree in Law and LL.M (with honours) from the University of Alicante in 2012 and 2013, respectively. She was awarded with the Bachelor's degree Extraordinary Prize. She finished her PhD at the University of Alicante in 2016, with the additional title of International Doctor. Her PhD was about R&D tax incentives, written under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Amparo Navarro. She has carried out several research stays in prestigious centres and institutes such as the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance, the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law or the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. She has 30 publications in the area of EU and international tax law. Moreover, she has presented in national and international Conferences.
