Training:

Diploma in Nursing in 2004 and official Master in Nursing Science at the University of Alicante. In 2007 she started her degree in Psychology and finished it in 2011, to study a Master in Psychological Therapy for Children and Adolescents; both at the University Miguel Hernández in Elche. In 2017, I obtain my PhD in Health Psychology, with an outstanding Cum laude and extraordinary award. In addition, to emphasize specific training in teaching improvement and new technologies. 

Work and teaching experience:

Since 2004 I have worked as a nurse in different specialized care services (emergency, neurosurgery, obstetrics, ophthalmology, among others) as well as in primary care in the last seven years of my professional career. I started my teaching career in the Nursing Department of the University of Alicante as an associate professor in 2017. In September 2018 I obtain a position as a doctor's assistant in a competitive call in the Department of Nursing. I have taught up to the present time in various degree subjects with close links to my academic profile: Relationship of Help, Mental Health, Health and Nursing Care in the Life Cycle of the degree of Nursing. At the same time, I would like to highlight the teaching of Master's programmes, specifically in Research subjects, as well as the tutoring of end of degree and end of Master's projects. 

Research:

Author of various articles and papers related to programs to promote sexual habits in adolescents, published nationally and internationally; which are directly related to the thesis.

Currently working on new lines of research related to training for the acquisition of non-technical skills in health professionals and the validation of evaluation instruments with relevance to clinical and teaching practice.
