He is currently a Senior Judge and sits in the Court of First Instance (civil matters) number one of Elche. He is also an elected member of the Governing Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community. Furthermore, he is also member of the Spanish Judicial Network of International Judicial Cooperation in civil matters, with which he has attended meetings of the European Judicial Network.
His teaching activity, as an associate professor in the Department of Civil Law at the University of Alicante, has been developed since the academic year 2016/2017, after several years as an honorary collaborator.
Previously, he sat in the Court of First Instance and Instruction number one of Alcoy, specializing in gender violence and family law, and as a territorial assignment Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, sitting in the Courts of First Instance of Elche and in the 7th section of the Provincial Court of Alicante, dealing with criminal matters.
He graduated in Law from the University of Valencia in 2001 and obtained a Master's Degree in European Union Law from the UNED.
He has made stays in the Courts of London and Berlin within the program of exchange of authorities organized by the European Judicial Training Network.
His activities include directing and participating as a speaker in training courses organized by the CGPJ and acting as a tutor for trainee judges. He is a regular speaker at the Master of Law organized by the Bar Association of Elche in colaboration with the University Miguel Hernández, developing training mock trials.
He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the Consumer and User Magazine VLex, in which he has published several articles. He has also authored other publications, such as the chapter dedicated to "La hipoteca multidivisa" in the book Jurisprudencia sobre hipotecas y contratos bancarios y financieros, edited by Tirant lo Blanch, or his participation in the elaboration of the comments to the LEC in the book "Todas las preguntas y respuestas sobre la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil", edited by Wolters Kluwer, and as co-author of the chapter on the transitional regime in the LCI in the book "La nueva regulación de los contratos de crédito inmobiliario", edited by Wolters Kluwer. Among his latest publications is the article "Algunas medidas europeas comparadas de organización judicial en situación de alerta sanitaria", published in Diario La Ley.
