Holds a BA in Law at the University of Alicante and doctor in Law, International Mention by the UA in 2018. Master in Environmental and Sustainability Law (2013) and Master in Prevention of Occupational Risks (2015). Specialist in Labour Consultancy at the Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes (2012). In 2013 he joined the Department of Historical-Legal Sciences, Area of History of Law and Institutions as an external collaborator and began research under the direction of Dr. María Magdalena Martínez Almira. In 2018 he was appointed Member of the University Institute of Water and Environmental Sciences (IUCA) and member of the Research Group “Instituciones Jurídicas Valencianas” (2014-2019) VIGROB-190.

In September 2014 he obtained a predoctoral grant from the University of Alicante. He has completed a research stay at the University of Coimbra (Portugal), under the tutelage of Dr. Margarida Sobral Neto (February-April 2017). He has participated in the international congresses held and sponsored by the Topoi Excellence Cluster-Universidad Libre de Berlín group, by the Centro de Historia da Sociedade e da cultura (Lisbon, Portugal), by the Politechnic University of Valencia (2014) and by the University of LLeida (2017).

He is currently Assistant Professor (LOU) of History of Law and Institutions. Director and tutor of TFG in Law-DADE (2017-1019). He has participated as coordinator of several seminars and among them, Rafael Altamira, judge at the Permanent Court of Justice, UA-December 2016.

He develops his research in two lines: Fundamental rights and the law to water in its historical-legal perspective, and Institutions of Law and administration of resources in the historical law of the Iberian Peninsula. He participates in University Teaching Networks of the Faculty of Law.

He has published several articles in indexed journals and has collaborated in collective works related to his research.
