He currently holds the position of  "Profesor Ayudante Doctor" in the Department of Commercial and Procedural Law of the University of Alicante. He is credited as a Profesor Contratado Doctor since 2023 by the "Agencia Valenciana D' Avaluació y Prospectiva".

Doctor of Law. His Doctoral thesis was defended in January 2021.Among his main lines of research within Commercial Law are Intellectual Property in a broad sense, Competition Law and Company Law.

From 2018 to the present, he has taught several subjects within the field of Commercial Law in different degrees and specialised master's degrees. He has also been the coordinator of several subjects. He is also the coordinator of the Patents, Technology Transfer and Digital Innovations Module, which is part of the Master in Intellectual Property and Digital Innovations of the University of Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs).
