Since 1990, he has developed his teaching activities, both undergraduate as well as postgraduate and doctorate, within the area of ¿¿Ecology, in aspects related to biology and ecology of the degrees in Biology, Chemistry and Geology. In addition, since 2007 he has taught about the environment in tourism in the former Diploma in Tourism and in the current Degree in Tourism.
During his professional career he has been a principal investigator or collaborator in numerous research projects, some international, R + D + I contracts, as well as cooperation projects in training of trainers and research in the field of applied ecology to the sustainable management of wildlife in Mediterranean and tropical ecosystems and landscapes.
From 2001 to 2007 he performed academic management functions in the Vice-Rectorships for Academic Planning and Infrastructures.
