Member of the European Union Observatory on the Digital Platform Economy (European Commission). Member of the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights at EUIPO, member of the International Competition Network and Member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
Specialised in intellectual property. She is an expert CONSULTANT in different institutions in the field of Intellectual Property such as the European Parliament, the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), the EPO (European Patent Office), the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM), or the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) among others.
She is regular speaker in particular on Intellectual Property Rights, competition law, digitalisation, SMEs and commercial contracts in different national and international IP forums organised by public and private institutions as EUIPO, the OEPM, the EPO and the WIPO, as well as in Spanish and international universities. As a researcher, she participates in competitive research projects awarded by national and international public and private entities. Such as the European Commission, the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), the Ministry of Economy or the French Ministry of Justice.
She is also a contributor to the editorial boards of several Scientific Journals in the field of Commercial Law, particularly in Intellectual Property, at both national and international level.
