Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante. Graduate in Law and with a Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and another in Tort Law at the aforementioned institution.
Since 2020, he has formed part of the Department of Commercial and Procedural Law, completing his doctorate and carrying out his teaching duties; collaborating both in academic guidance programmes, such as the Tutorial Action Programme, and in Research Networks at the University of Alicante.
He is also a member of several national and regional research groups on commercial matters, financed by the Spanish Government and the Generalitat Valenciana. He has contributed several communications to national and international conferences, some of which are currently published as book chapters, and others are in the process of being published as such, or as journal articles.
He has also been a member of the Scientific and Organising Committees of several Congresses, Seminars and Conferences related to both New Technologies and Intellectual Property. In the latter field, he has participated in various training courses given by both European (EUIPO) and international (UPOV) institutions.
Speaker at several conferences on Intellectual Property or New Technologies, he has carried out research stays at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Law (Hamburg), which have allowed him to obtain the rank of International Doctor.
