Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Alicante. He holds a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Access to the Legal Profession and another in Tort Law from the aforementioned institution.

Since 2020, he has been part of the Department of Commercial and Procedural Law, carrying out his teaching duties and collaborating in academic guidance programmes, such as the Tutorial Action Programme, the External Internship Programme, and the University of Alicante's Research Networks.

He is also a member of several national and regional research groups on commercial matters, funded by the Spanish Government and the Valencian Regional Government. He has contributed to various national and international conferences, some of which have been published as book chapters, while others are in the process of being published as such or as journal articles.

He has also been a member of the Scientific and Organising Committees of various conferences, seminars and workshops related to both new technologies and intellectual property. In the latter field, he has participated in various training courses given by both European (EUIPO) and international (UPOV) institutions.

A speaker at various conferences on intellectual property and new technologies, he has conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Law (Hamburg), which led to him being awarded the title of International Doctor. These stays were repeated after his doctorate, with another at the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) in Rome.

His main lines of research focus on the field of capital markets - crypto-assets, investor protection, application of new technologies to financial advisory services, etc. - company law, venture capital entities and corporate social responsibility. He has also made contributions in the field of competition. He currently publishes articles in the current affairs and case law reviews of LaLey and Revista de Mercado de Valores.

In recognition of his doctoral thesis, he received the award granted by the Chair of Notarial Law in 2025.
