Dr. Mario Guilló is Associate Professor of the Department of Sociology II of the UA, and associate researcher at FUTURLAB - The Foresight Laboratory at UA. He is also senior project manager & communication specialist at the UA International Projects Management Office (www.ogpi.ua.es), where he works on the design, implementation and dissemination of international cooperation projects in the field of innovation and social entrepreneurship. These projects are usually developed with a consortium of partner universities located in different regions of the world, especially in Latin America, Southeast Asia and Africa. He is also the author of different scientific articles and book chapters and has been a visiting professor at Aalto University, Haaga Helia University of Applied Science and University of Turku (Finland), Leuphana University (Germany), Deusto University (Spain), Pontificia Universidad Católica (Peru), Forest Institute at the Simón Bolívar University (Venezuela) and Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), teaching in different courses and workshops on foresight, social innovation and communication. He holds an International Doctorate in Sociology, a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a Master's in Marketing Management.
