Gines is a telecommunications consultant with over 18 years of experience as a solution consultant and in product development. Gines has worked in Europe, United States and Latin America markets, and has developed keen insights on network evolution strategies, and the technical and organizational structures required to support next generation products and services.
In 2016 Gines played a key role in the preparation of a new LTE license tender where he was charged with leading the technical design for the nationwide backhaul and backbone network. He has continued in 2017 as an advisor to the company CTO.
Ginés has worked on virtually all transmission and transport architectures and technologies during his career. He has transformed his knowledge of transport networks into software tools, particularly in design and inventory products utilized with several carriers. His effort in product development over the years has honed his skills in modeling network architectures relevant to the multiple projects.
Earlier on his career, Ginés worked for in radio planning and implementation for a 3G operator in Spain where he was responsible design of several cities in the southern coast of Spain. Other assignments included feasibility analysis for different network solutions, from both the economic and financial to the technological requirements.
Gines holds a Master's degree on Telecommunications Engineering for Polytechnic Univerisity in Valencia. Gines also studied at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim. He’s an Associated Professon the Telecommunications Master's degree at the University of Alicante.
