Arturo Bertomeu-Motos received the PhD in Industrial and Telecommunication Technologies at Miguel Hernandez University of Elche, Spain, in 2019, with International Doctorate Mention and Cum Laude Mention. He is currently with Scignals company as a post-doc researcher; with the Biomedical Neuroengineering Research Group, the Bioengineering Institute, Miguel Hernandez University, Elche, Spain, as an external collaborator; and he is an adjunct professor in University of Alicante. Regarding his research activity, he is co-author of more than 30 research publications between ISI/Scopus papers and conference papers. He participated as a member of the research team in 2 international projects and 5 national projects and co-inventor of 3 patent applications. He’s current research interests are kinematic reconstruction of human limbs, robot-aided neurorehabilitation therapies, machine learning techniques for assistive environments, and acquisition and analysis of biosignals.
