In academic activity, a long-standing university teaching career stands out, from 2002 to the present. The teaching load has been carried out in two departments of the Faculty of Education: the Department of General Didactics and Specific Didactics (Area of Didactics of Body Expression) and the Department of Developmental Psychology and Didactics (Area of Developmental and Educational Psychology).

This professional activity began in the role of Adjunct Professor and, through a direct promotion process, culminated in obtaining a tenured position by competitive examination in 2018. Teaching has been delivered at the first cycle (Teacher’s Diploma specialising in Physical Education), second cycle (Licenciatura in Physical Education), third cycle (Doctoral Programme in Educational Research, Curriculum and Professional Development), Bachelor’s level (Primary Education and Physical Activity and Sport Sciences), the Official Master’s in Secondary Education Teacher Training, and University Expert courses—always within the field of Physical Activity and Sport Sciences.

At present, teaching is delivered to the High Academic Performance Group (ARA Group) in the Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences, within the Faculty of Education. It is worth highlighting a large number of contributions as a speaker at national and international conferences, participation in competitive research projects, and visiting periods at international educational centres, together with years of service as a technical advisor and specialist in play and child motor development for various companies and institutions.

In parallel, teaching has been provided across different levels of the Spanish Education System: Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Adult Education, Hospital Classroom Units (serving as Provincial Coordinator in Alicante from 2012 to 2018), and Higher Education. All of this has afforded an extensive and privileged overview of the educational world, facilitating knowledge transfer between Schools, the University, and society.

This professional served as a career civil servant in the Corps of Primary School Teachers, specialising in Physical Education, from 1996 to 2018. In addition, this professional was Principal of the “Pedro Duque” Public Infant and Primary School in Alicante (2004–2012).

This professional was selected as an Expert Evaluator for the Erasmus+ programme for the 2014–2020 period by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, the body responsible, on behalf of the European Commission, for implementing Erasmus+ “Sport: Not-for-profit European Sport Events and Collaborative Partnerships.” Likewise, this professional served as Expert Evaluator (2014) and Controller of Evaluators (2015) at the OAPEE (Autonomous Body for European Educational Programmes), now SEPIE (Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education), the national agency under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
