I am a Human Resources professional with more than twenty years of experience in people management and development across companies of different sectors and sizes. Throughout my career, I have worked within established HR teams, as well as led the creation and structuring of HR departments from the ground up in several diverse projects, collaborating closely with senior management to define human resources strategy and policies.

In recent years, I have worked primarily in digital environments, where I have developed expertise in agile organizational cultures, flexible work models, and the recruitment and management of technology talent.

I combine my professional activity with teaching and training. I am an Associate Lecturer at the University of Alicante and also collaborate as a trainer in various organizations, focusing on talent management, organizational culture, and personal and team productivity
