- Publicación de trabajos, artículos, capítulos de libro y monografías relacionados con el inglés general y los lenguajes profesionales y académicos, con especial atención al léxico y a las estrategias comunicativas. - Elaboración de glosarios, diccionarios terminológicos y repertorios lexicográficos. - Elaboración de materiales didácticos para la enseñanza del léxico y de los lenguajes profesionales y académicos. - Traducción de documentos, obras literarias, manuales, artículos académicos, etc. en inglés general y/o relacionados los ingleses profesionales y académicos. - Asesoramiento sobre la enseñanza y aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa y de los lenguajes profesionales y académicos. - Asesoramiento sobre el uso del vocabulario y las estrategias comunicativas específicas de los lenguajes profesionales y académicos. - Organización de cursos breves y especializados sobre los lenguajes profesionales y académicos.

INVESTIGACIÓN (desde 2009) - Publicación del Diccionario de Derechos Humanos (inglés-español/español-inglés) - Publicación de un buen número de artículos y capítulos de libro sobre los lenguajes profesionales y académicos, especialmente relacionados con los ámbitos jurídicos, turísticos, ciencias de la salud, y del sector textil o de la moda. - Dirección de tesis y tesinas en los diversos lenguajes profesionales y académicos. - Organización de las Primeras Jornadas del Grupo denominadas ¿New Trends in English Linguistics: First Seminar in English and ESP Lexicology and Lexicography¿ DOCENCIA (desde 2009) - Docencia en Inglés de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (en licenciatura). - Docencia en Inglés de Enfermería (en diplomatura). - Docencia en Inglés del Turismo (en diplomatura y postgrado, Master Oficial). - Docencia en Inglés Inmobiliario (Título Propio de la UA). - Docencia en Inglés Jurídico (licenciatura y postgrado, Master Oficial y Curso Especialista de la UA). - Curso de Guías Turísticos (UA). - Curso especializado sobre lenguajes profesionales y académicos, organizado por el IULMA de la UA. - Curso ¿Comunicación Oral y Escrita en Inglés Científico-Técnico¿ (terminología científica general, géneros científicos, lenguaje de la informática e internet, lenguaje de las ciencias humanas y sociales, lenguaje de la farmacia y la medicina, lenguaje de la economía y los negocios, etc.), celebrado en la Sede Universitaria de Cocentaina del 14 al 17 de abril 2009. - Curso ¿Estrategias Comunicativas en Inglés para Actividades Turísticas¿, que tendrá lugar en la Sede Universitaria de Biar los días 5, 6, 12 y 13 de marzo de 2010. TRADUCCIÓN (desde 2009) Tres miembros del grupo de investigación (Miguel Ángel Campos, José Ramón Calvo y Raquel Martínez Motos), traductores jurados, cuentan con una amplísima experiencia en traducción de documentos. Además, Miguel Ángel Campos ha traducido monografías y manuales de modo directo e inverso (inglés-español y español-inglés).
