Lorena Vidal is an Analytical Chemistry and Food Science Professor at the Analytical Chemistry, Nutrition and Food Science Department, University of Alicante, Spain. She received her degree in Chemistry from the University of Alicante (2004) and her PhD with Cum Laude from the same University (2009). In 2010, she received a grant for a postdoctoral research in Helsinki, Finland.
