- Head of the IT Project Development Department at the Alicante City Council (1989): in-house development of IT projects in different technologies and environments; recruitment and management of IT projects carried out by external companies; creation of dashboards and data mining.
- Associate lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, University of Alicante Polytechnic School (1998).
