Tenured professor in State Church Law of the University of Alicante Faculty of Law since 2003. Previously she obtained her degree and her Doctorate in Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and the Extraordinary Doctorate Prize.

Qualified in the “Course of Specialization in Law practice”, Federico de Castro Legal School (1996-1997). I have also realized various specialization courses in gender, United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN WOMEN), 2015.

In 1999 she realized a research stay at the University of Navarra with the corresponding Post-doctoral Grant for Researchers Perfection and Specialization, with experience at the University of Navarra Sciences Institute for Family (1999-2000).

I have made research stays at the National University of Rosario (Argentina), and at the Structural Litigation Clinic of the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (Peru).
