She is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Alicante (Department of Communication and Social Psychology), specialising in digital communication, strategic intelligence, and knowledge transfer.

She holds a PhD in Public Relations and Strategic Intelligence, applied to the impact of European research and innovation projects, and a Master’s in the Information Society and Knowledge, with over 15 years of experience at the University of Alicante’s Technological Observatory and its research results transfer service.

In addition, she has coordinated educational innovation projects (such as #MoocVT and its practice communities), authored specialised publications, and regularly contributes as a speaker at conferences, workshops, and specialist courses in Spain and Latin America.

Her research and collaborative work focus on the intersection of technology, information, and social impact, with a particular emphasis on technology watch, innovation management, and the transformative potential of generative artificial intelligence.
