Education: Graduated in Nursing in 2015 and completed the Official Master's Degree in Emergencies and Disasters at the University of Alicante in 2019. In 2024, I obtained a PhD in Health Sciences, with a grade of Excellent Cum Laude. Notable focus on training in communication skills and clinical simulation.

Work and Teaching Experience: Since 2015, I have worked as a nurse in various specialized care services, particularly in the Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit. I also worked as a nurse for two years at the City Hospital of Sunderland (United Kingdom). The last four years of my clinical career were spent in the cardiology and cardiac surgery department. I began my teaching career in the Nursing Department at the University of Alicante as an associate professor in 2022. In September 2024, I obtained a position as an assistant professor through a competitive process in the Nursing Department. To date, I have taught various undergraduate courses closely related to my academic profile: Adult Care, Nursing in Community Intervention, Mental Health, Psychiatry and Ethics, Information Systems, and Research Methodology. Additionally, I have supervised both undergraduate and master's degree final projects.

Research: Author of various articles and communications related to the theoretical model called Crisis Resource Management, based on clinical simulation and aimed at training teamwork skills in crisis situations, published nationally and internationally; these are directly related to my doctoral thesis. Currently, I am working on new lines of research such as the acquisition of non-technical skills through virtual simulation and evidence-based practice.
