Maria Dolores Sáez Fernández is a Technical Engineering in Computer Management by the University of Alicante in 2007 and obtained a master's degree in development of applications and Web services in 2008. She has also worked in the private sector and, since 2011, she is a member of the Research and Development department at The Biblioteca Virtual Miguel de Cervantes.
