Law, Psychology and Criminology graduate. Master's Degree in Criminal Justice (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid). Court expert witness specializing in juvenile delinquency (UNED). Accredited mediator before the Ministry of Justice.

He has been the recipient of a contract for predoctoral training funded by the VITC (University of Alicante), within which he was able to undertake a research stay at the Università degli Studi di Parma (Parma, Italy).

Currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Public International Law and Criminal Law at the University of Alicante.
