PhD from the University of Alicante. Graduate in Law, Psychology and Criminology. Master's Degree in Criminal Justice (Carlos III University of Madrid). Court-appointed expert in juvenile delinquency (UNED). Accredited Mediator by the Spanish Ministry of Justice.

He was the recipient of a pre-doctoral training contract funded by the VITC (University of Alicante), within the framework of which he completed a research stay at the Università degli Studi di Parma (Parma, Italy).

Currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Public International Law and Criminal Law at the University of Alicante.
