I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Alicante, and I received my PhD from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid that same year. My research is on labor economics and explores workers' reactions to economic shocks, such as financial crises, technological changes, and policy reforms. I am also dedicated to investigating the underlying causes of labor market inequality, striving to uncover the complex factors contributing to disparities in employment, wages, and career progression. Through my work, I aim to contribute to developing effective policies that promote economic stability and equitable opportunities.
