Lecturer at the Department of Prehistory, Archeology, Ancient History, Greek Philology and Latin Philology of the University of Alicante. He was graduated in Geography and History at this University in 1995 with an Extraordinary Prize and did the PHD in History in 2000 at the same University, also with an Extraordinary Prize. He obtained a Research Fellowship Scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Culture of Spain from 1997 to 2000 and a Postdoctoral Fellowship of History of the Cajamadrid Foundation between 2003 and 2005. He has conducted research stays in 1997 and 1998 at the Institut of Archaeology at the University of Coimbra and, during 1999 and 2000, at the Department of History of the University College of London. In 2006 he joined as an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante and in 2012 he obtained the position of Lecturer.
