Degree in Philosophy and Literature - History and Doctor in History from the University of Alicante. He develops his postdoctoral studies at the Università degli Studi di Perugia (Umbria-Italy) during the years 1996-1998. Lectereur of University UA since 2001 and professor in Ancient History of UA since 2017. He develops different lines of research linked to IDI projects, among them the roman trade (roman economic theory, amphora transport, quantitative analysis, etc.), roman agriculture (rural population, viles, roman farms), historiography (theory of systems-TSM, historiogràfics, historical constructions). He has been director of the Department of Prehª, Arq., Hª Antiga, Fil. Grega i Fil. Llatina (2005-13), director of different doctorate programs (2005-17). He has directed different national archaeological excavations (Ilici, Vila Romana Albir, Portus Ilicitanus, etc.) and internationals (Vila de Rufio, PG-Itàlia).
