David I. Méndez holds a Ph. D. in Astrophysics from La Laguna University. He teaches undergraduate courses in Fundamental Engineering Physics and some other subjects related to Acoustics at the University of Alicante. He has published numerous research articles on Star Formation and Ionized Gas in Wolf-Rayet Galaxies, photopolymer optics, non-linear oscillations and information science, among others.
