Along my professional career I have been involved in very different roles in different sectors, with different levels of responsibility, including company management and entrepreneurship in private companies and in public administration. I use to say that I can put myself in everyone’s shoes. By this reason I consider that I have reached a good degree of performance in a broad scope of skills, without forgetting at all my technical-scientific side, as an active senior engineer and as long experienced university professor. Finally I want to remark that I’m highly autonomous and well used to decision making.

The activity of the company developed along the years is summarized in the following points:

- Strategic and technical consultancy for private companies, public administrations and telecomm operators. Master plans, business plans, solution implementation plans, optimization and assistance to public procurement and other similar processes.

- Conception, design, and management of multidisciplinary projects related with telecommunications, such as F.O. submarine cables, big, multi technology networks in MAN environments, data centres and smartcity infrastructures development.

- R+D+i project managing.

Activity centered in the operation of multi service and multi technology MAN telecomm networks in municipal environments, oriented to the implementation of sensor networks and smart city services .

2002-2003

Commercial manager (at national level) for big accounts and public administration in NeoSky 2002 S.A. (Telecomm Operator of Iberdrola group). Member of the steering committee. Responsible for the preparation of the transfer agreement of the Spanish fiber optics network of Iberdrola for commercial uses.

2000-2001

Subdirector of Recursos en la Red S.L.U. (Technology and digital business company of Editorial Prensa Ibérica Group, owner of 15 main regional journals in Spain (as diario LEVANTE of Valencia).

1991-1997

TI services director, Enterprise information service director and Economic studies service director of Alicante Chamber of Commerce.

1988-1991

R+D engineer in Radar and defense electronic division of Indra. Participation in several projects: ATM secondary radar system, military IFF secondary radar system, 3D military primary radar system and design of radar antennas. Participation in an international environment y the specification phase of some avionic systems of the Eurofighter plane.
