Encarnación Manresa Marhuenda holds a PhD in Business Organization and a degree in Economics from the University of Alicante, where she is currently a associate professor in the Department of Business Organization. She has over 20 years of teaching experience in key subjects such as strategic management and business organization, at both undergraduate and master’s levels. Her research activity, recognized through publications in high-impact scientific journals, focuses on business strategy, corporate governance, and sustainability. She has led and participated in innovative teaching projects and is co-author of several book chapters on university education in management and sustainable development. Furthermore, she has made significant contributions to academic management and the improvement of educational quality at the university. Since 2020, she has directed the Secretariat for Strategic Management, driving initiatives such as the implementation of the current strategic plan, the introduction of participatory university budgets, and the incorporation of a gender perspective into university budgeting, contributing to the institutional development and continuous improvement of the University of Alicante.
