Professor in the Department of Business Organisation and PhD from the University of Alicante (1997), the subject of his doctoral thesis focuses on organisational design in hotel establishments.

He is co-author of several manuals on Fundamentals of Business Economics and Organisational Design, fields in which he teaches on the Tourism, Economics and DADE degrees.
