Winner of the eight national award for articles on legal doctrine concerning the promotion of institutional arbitration and its relationship to bankruptcy proceedings (awards launched by the Basque Arbitration Board, 2011). Member of the University of Alicante’s Institute for Tourism Research from 2009 to the present. Member of the Editorial Board of Investigaciones Turísticas, a journal published by the University of Alicante’s Institute for Tourism Research, from 2012 to the present. Permanent contributor to the law journal La Ley from April 2014 to the present. Lecturer on a joint PhD programme at the University of Ciego de Ávila, Cuba, July and August 2009. Regular speaker at national and international events in the commercial field. Author of multiple publications in specialist journals.
