B. A in Economics and Business Sciences (University of Alicante) and PhD in Economics (University of Pennsylvania, USA). Senior lecturer in the UA Department of Fundamentals of Economic Analysis since 2001 and member of the Interuniversity Institute for Social Development and Peace since its foundation in 2006, with teaching experience on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of economics. Her research work mainly focuses on the areas of international economics and economic growth, with results published in high-impact journals such as Journal of International Economics, Journal of Development Economics and Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control. She also has contributions in areas like political and labour economics, in journals like European Journal of Political Economy and Investigaciones Económicas.
