PhD in Law with a qualification of extraordinary cum laude, mention of international doctor and PhD Special Award. Master's Degree in Legal Practice from the University of Alicante, with postgraduate training in constitutional justice, interpretation and application of the Constitution, methodology of legal comparison and European Union Law from the universities of Castilla-La Mancha and Bologna and the European University Institute in Florence. He has been the secretary of the Cátedra de Nueva Transición Verde at the University of Alicante (2020-2023). He received a grant for University Teacher Training (FPU in Spanish) from the Ministry of Universities of Spain and has carried out research stays at the Università degli Studi di Perugia and the Università di Bologna (Italy) and a teaching stay at the Università degli Studi di Brescia (Italy).
Author of several publications on European constitutional law, European constitutional identity, democratic principle, rights of nature and linguistic rights. He has taught in different subjects of the degrees in Law and Criminology and of the double degree in Law and International Relations at the University of Alicante, as well as postgraduate teaching at the Universidad Autónoma de Cohauila (Mexico). Coordinator and member of different educational innovation projects on new teaching methodologies, tutoring and attention to students with special educational needs, gender equality and integration of the Sustainable Development Goals in university teaching.
