Dr. Clara García Mayor is Associated Professor in the Urban Design and Regional Planning Unit at the University of Alicante, since 2004. Her research covers different topics including landscape perception for the territorial and urban space analysis. Her main research field is landscapes of the Spanish Mediterranean Arc. She has also participated in various researching projects related to the use of location based social network data for assessing city planning in collaboration with the MappingAME Research Laboratory of the University of Alicante.
