Ella graduated from the University of Southampton with First Class Honours in BA Modern Languages (French and Spanish with Arabic) in 2021. She subsequently moved to Alicante, Spain where she studied the Master in English and Spanish for Specific Purposes. As part of this master's degree, she focused on Forensic and Computational Linguistics for her dissertation. Ultimately achieving the Premio Extraordinario for her master's degree, Ella decided to pursue doctoral studies in Forensic and Computational Linguistics under the supervision of Victoria Guillén Nieto and Francisco Borja de Navarro Colorado.
