I have got my Bachelors degree in Economics at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 1988. At the same University I have got the Master in Economics in 1990 and the Ph. D in 1995. My Ph. D supervisor was Xavier Vives. In my last year of the Ph.D, I visited the Université de Toulouse where I worked under the supervision of Professor Jacques Cremer.  After graduating I enjoyed of a post-doctoral grant at IRES at Université Catholique de Louvain. Then at the beginning of 1996 I was contracted by the department of Fonaments de l’Anàlisi Econòmica at the University of Alicante. Since today I have been working in this department. During these years I stayed three month at Northwestern University.  I also enjoyed a sabbatical year in the course 2015-2016. I stayed in the Institut d’Anàlisi Econòmica (CSIC) located in the campus of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I have published in Journals as The Journal of Industrial Economics, The International Journal of Industrial Organization and Games and Economic Behavior.
