Ph.D. Researcher in Constitutional Law at the University of Alicante, appointed through a highly competitive selection process under the ACIF Programme for the Promotion of Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation of the Generalitat Valenciana (co-funded by the European Union). His doctoral research focuses on the constitutionalisation of the European Union, with particular attention to the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP), the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), and mechanisms of institutional oversight. He is part of the research line in European, Spanish and Comparative Constitutional Law.
He holds an LL.B. (Public Law specialization) from the University of Alicante, where he was awarded With Honours for his undergraduate thesis in Constitutional Law of the European Union, later published in academic journals. He completed an LL.M. in Constitutional Law jointly offered by the National Centre for Political and Constitutional Studies of Spain (CEPC) and the Menéndez Pelayo International University (UIMP), funded through a competitive national scholarship. He also obtained a postgraduate specialization in Comparative Law from the University of Bologna.
He serves as Assistant Lecturer in EU Law and Constitutional Law and has been appointed jurist member of the Electoral Board of Alicante for regional, general and European Parliament elections. He has held research positions within the “New Green Transition” Chair and is currently a member of the Scientific Committee of the INNOVUS Young Law Researchers Group.
Internationally, he has been Visiting Researcher at the University of Perugia (Italy) and Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Germany).
