Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Business Organization (Spain) in the University of Alicante, Ph.D. in Business Management at in 2005. Member of the SIRHO research group (Information Systems and Human Resources in Organizations) at the University of Alicante. Teaching areas: HRM, HRIS, e-management. Current research topics include: e-government, HRM, University teaching and learning, gender and IT and HRIS management. Published several research papers in various conferences and journals both nationally and internationally, as well as books and book chapters, and member of a number of scientific and editorial boards. Participated as member/coordinator in international and national research projects.
