Silvia Caporale Bizzini is professor of English Studies at the University of Alicante in Spain where she teaches English Literature. She has worked on migrant subjectivities and the representation of spaces as identitary emplacements in contemporary writing in English. Silvia is actually researching the discursive representations of the intersection of neoliberalism, precariousness and the discursive construction of poverty as represented in neoliberal society.
