Professor of Civil Law with two six-year research periods and four five-year teaching periods. Her main line of research is intellectual property, having defended her doctoral thesis and published numerous book chapters and articles in this field. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Research Group of the University of Alicante. It is also worth mentioning his participation in the Masters on Intellectual and Industrial Property of the Carlos III and Autonomous Universities of Madrid from 2011 to the present, as well as in the Master COMINCREA of the UA. He has also given several lectures on intellectual property at national and international conferences.

Her other lines of research are minors, tort liability and Valencian civil law with outstanding research results in these areas. She is Director of the Research Group on Valencian Civil Law (GI DCV-UA) at the University of Alicante.

She is a member of the Literary and Artistic Association for the Defense of Copyright (ALADDA).
